NEAS is a wholly owned subsidiary of NATA. It has been established to deliver an expanded range of education and advisory services to serve a broad suite of clients.
 

Why was NATA Education & Advisory Services created?

NATA Education & Advisory Services has been created in response to a growing need for expanded education and advisory services communicated by NATA members and those organisations seeking NATA accreditation.
 

How is NATA Education & Advisory Services different to NATA?

NATA continues to be Australia’s national accreditation body, while NATA Education & Advisory Services operates independently to provide training and advisory services.

NATA Education & Advisory Services does not conduct accreditation but can support facilities in preparing for it.
 

Will the services previously offered by NATA Education continue?

Yes, NATA Education & Advisory will still offer high-impact courses that our clients know and trust – on Standards including ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 15189, and GLP – as well as training in leadership, auditing, quality management and more.
 

What services does NATA Education & Advisory Services offer?

NATA Education & Advisory Services will offer professional training development in the areas of standards, quality, and leadership. Moving forward NATA Education & Advisory Services expects to expand services to include training in Office 365, Power BI, mental health, and corporate wellness.

Importantly, NATA Education & Advisory Services will also offer advisory services for existing accredited organisations and new organisations looking to gain accreditation. These advisory services may include support in advising on, tailoring and drafting of management systems and associated organisational processes.
 

Can NATA Education & Advisory Services help you prepare for NATA accreditation?

Yes. Advisors can assist with readiness activities, documentation, internal audits, and management system reviews to help you meet accreditation requirements.
 

How does NATA maintain impartiality of its accreditation activities with the creation of NATA Education & Advisory Services?
Both entities operate under separate governance structures, with different management and with processes in place to ensure there is no on NATA’s accreditation activities.
 

Do NEAS advisors conduct NATA assessments?
No. NEAS advisory services are completely separate from NATA’s accreditation activities as noted above.
 

Will the cost of training change?
No, course pricing remains consistent with NATA Education offerings.
 
 
Will I still get a discount on education as a NATA member?

Yes, the member and group discounts remain unchanged. On checkout on any website bookings you will enter the code MEMBER15 to receive your 15% member discount and GROUP10 when you book three or more people on a course to receive an additional 10% discount.

How do I book a course or advisory service?
Public course bookings can be made via the NATA Education & Advisory Services website (neas.com.au) and you can contact them at info@neas.com.au to discuss any in-house, customised or advisory requirements you may have.
 

Does using NATA Education & Advisory Services guarantee accreditation from NATA?
No.  All NATA accreditation activities and decision processes are independent and based solely on the evidence provided during your NATA assessment. NATA Education & Advisory Services can assist your organisation by helping you prepare and lifting your competence to become an accredited facility.

Like NATA, they are a national organisation delivering services nationally and internationally.
