Audience
This course is ideal for individuals who:
- have attended our ‘Leading Teams course (previously called 'Leading in the Laboratory’) and who would like to develop their leadership competencies further
- are relatively new to team leadership or management
- are experiencing performance issues within their laboratory team and would like strategies for dealing with these.

Course content is delivered using engaging learning activities that may include:

- case study scenarios that apply the learning to real-life practice
