Overview
An effective and efficient management system is built using underpinning principles of quality to ensure technically competent, consistent and sustainable operations. This course covers the process of developing, implementing and evaluating a quality management system in the testing, calibration or medical laboratory that meets the requirements of international management system Standards ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 15189.

This course is ideal for anyone responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a laboratory quality management system such as:
