"Great overview of the standard for anyone working in a laboratory, especially those new to supervisory/managerial roles.”

Amelia Cecchin, SA Pathology

“Brilliant. Took an otherwise dry and complex set of standards and presented in a way that was engaging and informative. Brilliant presentation."

Ricky W., Laboratory Manager, GPN Vaccines

“It was all valuable as I had zero experience so it was great to go through the whole standard thoroughly. The trainer did a great job covering all the clauses of the standard.”

Steven Le, Test Engineer, Legend Corporation
